If you have used the report Unsold Carts (that is included in all our packages) and are ready to step up to a tool that is designed to help with sales, then you are ready for Recover Cart Sales.
The tool contains a sales tool (that is also a report tool) and a separate report tool to see how well you have done in converting sales.

Recover Cart Sales function in its simplest mode consists of four steps:

 1. Go to the tool in admin> Tools> Recover Cart Sales
 2. In the list of abandoned shopping carts, select the customers that you want to contact
 3. Click the "Send email" button at the bottom of the page to send your e-mail
 4. Check the report which can be found in Admin> Reports> Recovered Sales Results
